New to Porto and considering making it our home
Hello Everyone. I am Amy Fried and I currently live just outside Philadelphia, USA. My husband Tom and I attended the Rosh Hashanah services last Thursday. We are in Porto for a month and are considering moving to Porto/Portugal, at least part-time, after retirement. I would love if we could have a coffee or glass of wine/beer with anyone who lives in the area and is willing to share their experiences, good and bad. We are very flexible as to place and time. We are also looking for recommendations for things to do/see off the beaten path including museums, walks, places to hear fado and enjoy other local music and/or dance (we are in our 60s, so nightclubs aren't usually our jam), restaurants, etc.
